Yang pasti sebelum memulainya, anda harus daftar accound ISP (internet service
provider) dulu spt CBN. Nanti kalau sudah daftar :
- Masukkan ke preference NETWORK Palm : USERNAME & PASSWORD anda, serta nomer
telpon & DOMAIN SERVER punya ISP
- Masuk ke preference CONNECTION Palm dan select INFRARED TO SIEMENS. Click
tombol EDIT dan disitu ada pilihan MODEL Handphone yang dipakai (saya set
modelnya Siemens S25 - SL45)
- Masuk ke preference NETWORK. Pada bagian "CONNECTION" ada popup menu, select
IR TO PHONE
- Letakkan posisi InfraRed HP dan InfraRed Palm berhadap2an.
- Klik "CONNECT" dan Palm anda sudah terhubung dengan internet
Email provider manapun bisa mendownload ke Palm. Saya pakai software VersaMail,
yang punya kemampuan download TEXT, PRC, PDB dan JPEG. Perlu diingat, anda
harus punya Memory Card dan software JPEGviewer untuk bisa membuka file JPEG.
Karena file native JPEG ngga bisa masuk internal Palm.

2. E-Mail Provider dari domain mana yang bisa saya pakai untuk mendowload
?
Tujuan saya hanya ingin mendowload semua e-mail saya dan saya bisa
membacanya offline seperti mendowload SMS
