Hi,
Look for the file
<tomcat-install-directory>/conf/tomcat-users.xml
Identify the role "admin" in that file, something like
<user username="satish" password="tomcat"
roles="admin"/>
If you dont find the "admin" role, add it(Add line
<role rolename="admin"/> to that file) and assign this
role to a user.
