I installed mysql 5.0 on my redhatlinux enterprise machine. When i tried to
connect using the following command
"mysqladmin -u root password newpassword"
it is giving a error message saying Access denied for user.
Iread some where to check the etc/hosts file, everything is fine with that
file. Please help me out from this problem.
