I am right now doing a remastering of Knoppix 4.0.. I have been able
to remove few of packages and create some space and could create a
bootable cd also..
My problem is that I do not want the KDE to start up at all.. I want
my application to start directly after the X is started... Is it
possible to do it without having a desktop and a desktop manager?
My second question is, If in case I cant get away without a desktop or
a window manager, then is it possible to load XFCE instead of KDE..?
I tried for some help on various forums and even at Knoppix forum and
could not get the needed help... Can anyone here help me with this..
Any small help in this regard will be a boon to me..
