Booting XP problem by using grub loader

Hi,

      I  have reinstalled XP on my system by formatting C Drive. after
installing XP, I have reinstalled grub by using grub-install command but
after that its not booting XP.

If I select Linux in grub loader it boots linux.
If I select windows in grub loader it simply again loads the grub
loader.

where my partions are C(XP),D,E,F,and remaining are all FC4 partitions.
