Anybody for that matter. What you do should reflect

Its not the "Industry", its the HR, most of the time,
who are non-technical.
So, the question would be whether you do a
certification just to convince an HR, rather than
acquire skills to solve problems given to you during
work?

Good questions. Add to this:
1. How often are the content of certifications
updated?
2. How often are mentors given training?
3. If you are RHCE certified, when do you take the
next certification? Things move/change really fast in
the FLOSS world.
