Sorry, broke my own rule about summarizing web references:  The Register 
reports that Diebold ATMs were hit by the Nachi worm in August.

Diebold, by the way, are the people who are bringing electronic voting to the 
U.S., and have tried to supres evidence that their system is not secure.
