And as is true of all bad ideas, somebody had to state them so we know they are 
bad, realize this, keep the good parts and move on.
Most famous philosophers, sociologists, psychologist had some good ideas or 
realizations.  But some of them were completely whacked on crack.  e.g. Freud.  
Do most of you realize that he was high on cocaine when he wrote his stuff 
about dreams and penis imagery?  Not that it is completely wrong, but you must 
weigh his writings now based on the knowledge that he was high.
