Because SpamAssassin gave it a small bonus a couple of years ago ;)

Spammers routinely use X-Mailer strings from other MUAs to make their
mail look more legit. There's a metric shedload of "Outlook Express",
"mozilla" (with build 25250101 apparently), and whole load of
other forged strings.
