Ye olde Eircom problem

Hey all,
        System :
                Debian stable
                wvdial/chat
                ISP: 1891150150 (Eircom subscription)
I've encountered "The Eircom Problem" and am wondering if anyone has a  
chat/wvdial script that fixes it.

The problem is that the Eircom server responds with a
"Welcome to eircom !"
when I CONNECT to the server.

I know this has been covered before, but I can't see an answer.
