Luckily the electrican we are using to wire the power in will do the cable run for us, he just won't terminate them.
So so long as I make sure he labels them it should be ok.

On the Cat6 issue, I would like to run it. We have a mix of Macs and PCs in the office, the macs come with gigabit
already and I suppose its only a matter of time before the PCs do. It would be a pity two years from now to have gigabit capable
hardware but not the right cable to do it. I just have to look at how much more the switches and panels are going to cost.

Punching is easier than crimping.

Planning the cable runs is very important. Especially at/near the patch
panel.
