How to block Msn Messenger Using Ipchains as Firewall

Hello,

We are running squid as proxy and Ipchains as Firewall on Redhat Linux 6.2. i need to block the Msn Messenger on a Particular Machine on our Network.

I have put the Following Rules, but not Working on LAN, plus i have also try the messenger.hotmail.com as Destination but still not effective. can anybody Suggest or guide me.

#Microsoft MSN Messenger
ipchains -A input -s 192.168.0.43/32 -d 0.0.0.0/0 1863 -p tcp -j DENY

ipchains -A input -s 192.168.0.43/32 -d 0.0.0.0/0 1863 -p udp -j DENY
