New Executive body proposed by the meeting.

Dear all,
We had a meeting yesterday on the formation of executive body and finalization of the constitution draft. Please have a look at the minutes at

The meeting proposed the following members for the executive body. Hempal dai and Sushmita were not present in the meeting so I would like both of you to kindly affirm your position in the executive body by replying to this thread.
