go to the src dir, and type "make uninstall" (look at the Makefile and
README for appropriate command) if you are having trouble with the pppoe
program.

ifconfig. also network-admin and see if that has any invalid entries.

that's strange. is your loopback interface up ? check your
/etc/resolv.conf too. if your loopback interface isn't up then try
"ifup lo" if that works.

good atleast fc worked. need more information bro for kubuntu.
