Hey this is not Australia, this is Nepal. I don't see download speed
of 55Mbps even in my dreams. 250KBPS is also pretty fast for me.

IIRC, WLINK isp has downlink (through satellite link) of 25mbps and
other ISPs has less than that. That is the bandwidth of about 20 homes
in west but in nepal it is used by ???(10,000 ???) homes :) CMIIW.
