Role:
You will work in a team environment to develop, implement, and maintain
software solutions for internal, executive-level technology clients, as well as
lead a team of Corporate Applications Associates by managing project work plans
and approach. The work is fast-paced and challenging, requiring demonstrated
past experience in a supervisory role to be eligible. The type of individuals
who thrive here are those who respond quickly, communicate effectively and
perform well in demanding situations.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
-Design, develop, test, and implement effective user interfaces for our web
applications.
-Perform user interface analysis on new and existing web applications to
improve effectiveness.
-Apply in-depth knowledge of web architecture and technology to create and
employ technical designs for new web applications.
-Apply in-depth knowledge of web architecture and technology to improve
existing web applications.
-Assign tasks to team members and effectively manage team members to complete
the tasks.
-Work with executive level technology ?customers? and manage their
expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recent experience with ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB 6.0 and ASP in a SQL
Server environment.
- DCOM/COM+ experience is a strong plus.
- Crystal Reports and Reporting Services experience is also strongly
preferred.
- Experience with User Interface design and development principals.
- Solid understanding of structured design and development principles.
- 5+ years supervisory experience
Qualified candidates possess excellent technical and leadership skills, and
have performed strongly in an academic program resulting in a degree in CS or
MIS (or comparably analytical major). The ideal candidate is poised,
professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, challenging role.
