I'm working on a repeater that is tied to an XML document. I really think
that I'm seeing odd behavior when I'm using the development server and
editing the xml doc inside of visual studio. It seems like the version that
the server is seeing is not the same version that VS is seeing. I'm not
caching the data (deliberately anyway). Anyone have any insight into this?
