Installed an update to NUnit (to fix a VS crash on edit & continue) today.
Went from 2.2.5 to 2.2.8. Then reinstalled TestDriven.NET. This caused a
major crash in Windows. FYI, using Media Center Windows and this computer
does have some other issues going on, but it's been fine lately. After
reinstalling the comp would lock up when I launched Visual Studio. This
happened twice, which prompted a hard restart.
On the second restart all of my windows users (except the admin) are gone.
None (none!) of my installed programs are showing up. Great, I just blew a
half day because I upgraded a third party tool. ARGH!
