Simple PDF Control to populate Meta Info

Hi:

            I am looking for a simple .NET control that allows me to
read in a PDF file, populate the Meta info (Title, Author, Subject,
Keywords), then write it out.  I don't need to modify the content in any
way.

 

            Can someone recommend such control with cheap license fee or
free (Of course it may have more features, but this is all the feature I
need).
