Actually I'm working (well, was, before my laptop broke down) on a CMS for kids (I have a four year old son with a Linux box) and decided that the whole default document as view for containers idea is a bit hard to grasp for people of that age, so what I did was create nodes that can both contain content and children. This makes index.htmls redundant.

Yes. Turns out, that when we made the first installations of EasyPublisher (www.easypublisher.com) which has only nodes that are both content and folders, this was very hard to grasp for some people used to filesystems. :D

"What do you mean the folder is also a document, and all documents are also folders?"
