[uml-user] Knoppix UML - having two issues: msg#00240

Subject: [uml-user] Knoppix UML - having two issues
I downloaded the iso and burned it, after hearing about here on the 9th.

http://unit.aist.go.jp/it/knoppix/uml/index-en.html

history:
I then ran the hdx-install ? knoppix script to copy to a hard drive. Its the only thing on the hard drive, I installed the umlknoppix deb package. I also copied the KNOPPIX cloop file to the hard drive.

questions #1, the runuml is a script which calls the uml command and I am not sure how I would get it to use a COW file, which I would very much like to do.

Here is the command line:
I run: runuml -l us -c /cloops/KNOPPIX

then it shows:
Kernel command line: mem=128M initrd=/opt/umlknoppix/lib/miniroot-uml.gz eth0=daemon,54:61:4E:54:be:1a,unix,/tmp/.uml/umlhub lang=us desktop=kde CLOOP=/mnt/hostfs/cloops/KNOPPIX XNESTGEOM=800x600 root=/dev/ubd0

question #2
X is having problems, any help here... thanks.

Starting X11...XIO: fatal IO error 104 (Connection reset by peer) on X server ":0.0"
after 0 requests (0 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
Xnest failed.

Below is the full details of the run attempt.

Thank you,
Mark
