You got MP3 as one of the options?: msg#00417

Subject: You got MP3 as one of the options?
I read this bit.  I found the OGG option, which was a real surprise because I 
had never seen such a utility before.  I didn't find MP3 as one of the file 
types created that I could copy.

How do I turn this feature on?
