Why not have different people (preferably developers, translators,
admins, etc.) do different languages?
Also, I'd suggest a more friendly greeting like "Hi, I'm Mark, the
founder of Ubuntu, and welcome to your new Ubuntu sytem." or "Hi, I'm
Matt, the CTO of Canonical, the company that sponsors Ubuntu, and
welcome to your new system."
