Just for starters, people might start by going through this Ubuntu Forum list:

and having a look for something there that's 1. not in the wiki yet,
and 2. worth putting in the wiki. This is where the OperaBrowser wiki
page I created came from, and there's lots more stuff in the Forums
still.

Someone who knows the mailing lists can go through them, too.

Building on prior organization always seems like a good idea at the
time. It's disorganized, but there is already a massive amount of
information in the Forums and elsewhere...
