alsa / oss switching...

nothing big just wanted to make note of it.  when opening volume manager 
under sound and video and changing from OSS to ALSA then ALSA to OSS sound 
works.  But after those steps you decide to try it again, OSS to ALSA and 
then ALSA to OSS it will not work until you repeat those steps again.
