Maybe a idea for xubuntu website:

Can there come a database of xubuntu testers.

People can sign in on the xubuntu website as testers and can fill in a 
form that ask the computer configuration and special things like test 
preferences etcetera.

If someone what to have test something he could send a email with 
instructions to persons in the database and get feedback.
