Choosing A Webhost:
A web hosting service is a type of Internet hosting service that allows individuals and organizations to provide their own website accessible via the World Wide Web. Lagging problem: msg#00017
Hello,
I'm experiencing lagging roblems on my clients, randomly long time for boot screen to appear and other lagging problems in general use. All in all, sometimes it feels a bit unworkable. The server is a P4 3.0Gz
with 2Gb RAM and Gigabit NIC. Clients connect, 7 in one class via 8port NIC to a gigabit switch to server. Clients: few p1's, AMD K6-2's and some P2's, mostly with video cards ranging from 1Mb to 4Mb. Previously a K12LTSP installation had now problems with this, so I'm a bit confused.
Can anyone please help?
Kind Regards, Thinus Marloth
