Yes

IMHO, I think it should be:
You have a session running already, you can log in to it or you can
start an extra session (experts only):
[Cancel] [Extra Session] [Log In]
In particular the buttons are the wrong way round in the current
dialogue. I think the Extra Session button should offer the session
selection dialogue before finally starting a new session, as a user
would often want to select something other than GNOME if they already
have GNOME logged in. And it is annoying to have to cancel, then choose
the session, then type your name again.

But then how do they select to start an extra session? While "normal"
users won't ever want to (for sufficiently elitist values of "normal"),
their local guru's will want to when they get a call about something
gone screwy. The local guru will probably want it to be a primary option
on their own machine - so keeping it, but choosing more leading names,
solves both use cases.
