When the HP4 Plus printer driver is assigned to the HP4 Plus printer the test
page causes the first page to contain printer control codes and then causes
about 30 empty pages to pass through the printer.

Falling back to the HP4 printer driver allows proper printing but the test page
causes an printer WI Image Adapt.

Both conditions are reproducable at will.
