When editing the gnome menu and either adding a new menu item or editing an
exisiting launcher, when you go to choose the icon , you are presented with a
dialog box that does not display icon or image previews.  In order for me to
know what icon I am selecting , I have to open an additional nautilus window and
navigate to the directory in which the icons are located to see what they look
like before I select the appropriate icon.
