This is a great initiative. Not only in your versions do the emblems
catch the eye, but their purpose is a lot more easy to understand. Like,
who would've said that the thingie that looks like a lopsided pressure
cooker, or maybe a sweater for a matchstick drawing actually pretends
being a box. As for the paintbrush, for the life of me I would've never
guessed it was not a rocket and some meteorites.
We should better stop trying to be hip and start designing meaningful
icons, that are culturally transportable.
