Do you have someplace else from which you can download/burn the CDs? If
you dont, you can always order a CD from the getting ubuntu page:
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu

or request a free CD (takes longer to get to you, but hey...its free!)

If neither of these works for you, I may be willing to help out (i.e.
burn a CD for you/mail it... send me an email directly if you'd need
help in this way, and we can discuss it)
