Ubuntu on a Macbook?

Hi All,

I been thinking of getting an older white 15" macbook for my main machine. I'm looking at a 2.0ghz C2D model, prob about from late 2006-2007.

So I was wondering if any of you have been running Ubuntu on a macbook. Are there any compatibility issues? I'd like to do some simple audio work (non-RT) also; any problems with that? I seem to remember something about Jack not working right...

Would the wifi and graphics work? I don't mind using restricted drivers, as long as they are reliable.
