tv_grab_no_gfeed does not work. The data is not updated, as can be seen from the
number of errors on http://epg.gfeed.info/xmltv/00index.html. The tv_grab_no is
still much better than tv_grab_no_gfeed. Somebody should fix the id-problem on
tv_grab_no.
