That's the conclusion I came to when I fixed up the 'way out of date'
channel_ids file - as long as the file is up-to-date wrt the RT site,
and the description is accurate, the XMLTV ID is less important (it
would be nice if everything matched up - but you risk breaking
existing configurations). The changes I put through last year
hopefully didn't affect too many people.
