Actually, the Norwegian grabber supports more channels than it's willing to
admit. :)

If you manually add the channels to the config file, e.g.,

channel 75
channel 83
channel 84

tv_grab_no will happily fetch the channel information for these channels
(TV2 Zebra, Showtime and The Voice). However, you can't choose these
channels with 'tv_grab_no --configure' (don't ask me why).
