Zap2It Labs will be allowing users to name their lineups. This will
make it easier for folks that use the same lineup more than once.
"tv_grab_na_dd --list-lineups" currently reports the DD "name" field as
"orig-id". I plan on reporting the new userLineupName value instead, if
such a value exists.
Currently, if a duplicate orig-id is found, "-#" is added to it. That
behavior won't change, but hopefully the new machanism will allow more
user friendly lineup names.
