tv_grab_se_swedb in next release

Hi,

tv_grab_se_swedb has now matured enough in CVS in my opinion. I have had 
several successful installation reports. The only problems I have heard 
of where I haven't been able to completely solve them are on Windows:

- Term::Readkey cannot find the width of the terminal. Not much I can do 
about it.
- Problems with spaces in filenames. This SHOULD work, but 
unsubstantiated reports claim that it doesn't. I need help with this.

Both of these are non-critical since the grabber still works.

Is it ok for me to enable tv_grab_se_swedb in Makefile.PL?
