Updating MANIFEST

Hi list,

How is the MANIFEST file in CVS kept up to date? Do you update it
manually or are you using some tool?

I think that lib/GUI.pm is missing from the MANIFEST file. Do you want
me to fix it when I add tv_grab_se_swedb?
