New version of tv_grab_fr2 - 14112004

New and latest version(i hope) of the new french grabber for guidelete.com.
Many of my issues has been resolved by updating all the XML::* and
Unicode::* packages.
I am now able to download my default channels in --slow mode without any
errors.
