Summary: Time out bug?

Initial Comment:
When using XMLTV on me Win 98SE to download listings it
crashes/times out when trying to list more than 7
channels and more than 4 days. I Would like to this to
it's 14 day limit and 60 channels. How do I work around
this

I'm having a mental burp. I should have explained, I am
using XMLTV and Palm program Pocket TV Browser. It now
handles most everything internally. So I do not have the
batch files to modify.

I guess I'll have to wait till the perl.exe can be fixed.
Thanks for listening and helping.

You mention this as a timeout.. the old issue caused a Dr.
Watson crash of perl.exe.

Here is the code that grabs 14 days 2 days at a time. The
problem was load based, so if you can grab 6 days, you can
simplify it.

tv_grab_na_dd --days 2 --offset 0 --output 1.xml
tv_grab_na_dd --days 2 --offset 2 --output 2.xml
tv_grab_na_dd --days 2 --offset 4 --output 3.xml
tv_grab_na_dd --days 2 --offset 6 --output 4.xml
tv_grab_na_dd --days 2 --offset 8 --output 5.xml
tv_grab_na_dd --days 2 --offset 10 --output 6.xml
tv_grab_na_dd --days 1 --offset 12 --output 7.xml
tv_cat 1.xml 2.xml 3.xml 4.xml 5.xml 6.xml 7.xml >listings.xml

I went to the message and saw no workaround. Am I so dumb I
cannot see it or has it scrolled away?
