New version of tv_grab_fr2

tv_grab_fr2 (beta version) has been updated with the following changes :
 - modified to fit latest XMLTV API (thanks to Niel Markwick for the support)
 - 60% of the bugs related to --slow mode are now solved
 - integration of the patch from François Gouget (title/subtitle splitting)

Known bugs :
 - In --slow mode, on some datasheet, i get the infamous 'Malormed UTF-8
character...' message. I sudy deeply the HTML in that case, but i can't
figure why i get this message. Did someone already get that kind of
results ??
