Attached is a patch fixing a couple of small manpage-related issues I
discovered while packaging 0.5.35 for Debian.  I added GUI to the list
of manpages to "fix" in Makefile.PL, and created POD documentation for
the new tv_grab_uk_rt grabber, which didn't have any.
