tv_grab_uk_rt end times

I've just been testing out the new tv_grab_uk_rt grabber from xmltv cvs.
I'm noticing a slight problem with the end times for shows that end just
after midnight. For example a show with end time 00:15 given in the .dat

...ht shocks. ~false~22/09/2004~22:35~00:15~100

is reproduced in the xml output as:

  <programme start="20040922223500 +0100" stop="2004092223:15:00"
channel="london.bbc1.bbc.co.uk">

instead of the correctly formatted stop time of "20040923001500 +0100".

Other than this minor problem it seems to work pretty well here thank
