>Summary: flagging of repeat and new shows using uk_rt

Initial Comment:
Hi,

I'm not sure whether this is a bug as such, or just
different interpretations of the xmltv standards.

I use tv_grab_uk_rt, and use the resultant xml file to
import into Snapstream BeyondTV using the xmltv
importer available from
http://www.lmgestion.net/@en-us/4/22/21/article.asp

The problem that I am getting is that most of the
programs are listed as a repeat in BeyondTV (even
programs that are definitely not repeats such as live
sporting events). This is due to the fact that the
uk_rt grabber adds the /previously-shown attribute to
each program that is specified as a repeat on
radiotimes.com, but doesn't do anything to the programs
that aren't marked as repeats.

The importer tool assumes everything is a repeat unless
its marked with /premier attribute due to the following
description in the xmltv.dtd; "The absence of this
element does not say for certain that the programme is
brand new and has never been screened anywhere before."

Therefore is there a way we could have an option to
append the /premier attribute to every program that
isn't explicitly marked as repeat on radiotimes.com?
Perhaps with an command option to enable this for users
that this behaviour isn't useful/ wanted. Or is there
another way around this issue?

Many thanks
Peter
