Summary: Radio support for tv_grab_uk_rt (revised)

Initial Comment:
This patch adds support for radio channels to uk_rt and
includes all (there are a lot!) of the radio xmltv ids
in the channel_ids file. Probably needs a command line
switch to turn radio support on and off, but in this
patch it is always on.

This is the revised patch against the latest CVS,
including the substitution of radiotimes.com for
radiotimes.beeb.com which is needed as of 26/1/03.

And I remebered to log in this time.

Can you remake a patch against the latest CVS?
