You can already do this with --offset 4 --days 3, and then use tv_cat
to combine the old and new listings files. It is intended that
grabber front-ends do something like this, if they need to download
listings every day.
If someone writes a general 'tv_grab_cache' front end that does this,
I could include it in xmltv.
