'use IO' deprecated

The 'use IO' at line 16 of Writer.pm produces a warning from newer
versions of the IO module, saying that parameterless 'use IO' is
deprecated.  I think it should be changed to

    use IO qw(Handle File);

Any chance of a new XML::Writer release to fix this one thing?
