See the yahoo group "xmltv_aus" for info on one of the Australian
grabber projects. This one is "aiming off" --- it's based on the
unfinished xmltv 0.6 DTD in the expectation that xmltv 0.6 DTD will be
finished before the grabber is completed. (It already works for all
the FTA channels.)

Cache the downloaded pages so that you don't bring attention to
yourself by fetching the same tv guide page a billion times a day.
You should only need to fetch the html for each page once, then work
off your local copy.
Some TV sites *will* block you if they notice frequent repetitive
accesses.
