The difference being that XMLTV::UK_TZ has its own way of determining the time offsets and changover dates whereas Cal::Date requires them passed as parameters. I know this stuff can be hairy but I already have code written, it just needs to be generalized a bit which is not a large task. Using a standard module like Cal::Date might be better but OTOH it wouldn't integrate so well with Date::Manip which we use elsewhere. -- Ed Avis <ed@xxxxxxxxxxx>
